Refund and Returns Policy

Introduction

At Maisha, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes an item may not be what you expected. Therefore, we offer a flexible return and refund policy to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Return Policy

1. Eligibility Window:
You have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

2. Condition of Items:
Products must be returned unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items not in their original condition will not be accepted for return.

3. Exclusions:
Customized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective upon arrival.

Process for Returns

1. Contact Us:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@maishak.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

2. Sending Items Back:
Items need to be shipped back to Maisha within 7 days of receiving return approval. Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Inspection of Return:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds

1. Refund Approval:

If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

2. Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@maishak.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@maishak.com and send your item to the address provided by our customer service.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
